At Pirata, we take pride in delivering high-quality handcrafted products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

  1. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
  2. The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  3. Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items

  1. Custom or personalized products
  2. Gift Cards
  3. Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you received a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return

  1. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  2. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
